Proximity to the red M1 line of the Milan Metro, spacious rooms, functional jacuzzi in the suite

Inconsistent WiFi service causing frustration, noise disturbances disrupting restful nights, outdated decor in rooms, questionable pricing relative to service quality, and lack of effective air conditioning in some rooms!!!

I spent 3 nights in a Family Junior Suite at Abacus Hotel, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious enough for our family of five, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was just a short walk to the metro and train stations, making exploring Milan incredibly convenient. Plus, the on-site parking was a huge relief.

Some areas around the hotel could use a little sprucing up.

I stayed for one night to catch a flight from the nearby airport, and I was really impressed. The room was clean and silent, making it a peaceful place to rest. I loved the convenience of the metro just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Milan. The breakfast was a standout with plenty of options, even for vegetarians. Overall, it was a solid choice for a quick pit stop.

the room was so outdated, i felt like i was time traveling to the 60s, and paper cups in a 4-star hotel? truly ridiculous! i also woud ve been ecstatic with a complimentary drink for all the trouble, but instead, the pool was in such disrepair! i honestly almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk to public transport. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed that made sleep easy. The staff were welcoming, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. I also enjoyed a beautiful city view from my suite that enhanced my stay.

The dining options were quite basic.

We had a great time with friends! The pool was a nice bonus after our day trips to Milan and Monza. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the convenient metro access just 50 meters away. Breakfast was tasty too, with a good mix of options. Definitely recommend for anyone exploring the area.

One downside was the slightly dated room decor. It could use a little refreshing to match the standards of the rest of the hotel.
